某院2026例门诊药物咨询分析

目的 统计分析医院门诊的药物咨询情况,提高医院药学服务质量,以便提供有针对性的药学服务.方法 对本院2011年全年共2026例门诊药物咨询资料进行归纳和分析.结果 咨询的患者多为女性(55.7％),并且大多为45 a以上的患者(56.8％)；咨询涉及的药物较多,最多的是心血管药物(23.69％)；咨询内容广泛,主要为询问药物服用方法(34.21％)、药理作用(18.76％)和不良反应(15.99％).结论 药物咨询作为药学服务的新窗口,体现了为患者提供药物服务的理念,为药学人员与患者提供了沟通平台,可保障患者用药安全、合理、经济、有效.

Analysis of 2026 Cases of Drug Consultation in A Hospital

Objective To summarize and analyze the drug consultation status in the outpatient department of the hospital,so as to improve the pharmaceutical service quality.Methods A total of 2 026 complete cases of clinical drug consulting materials in the hospital in 2011 were analyzed and summarized.Results Female patients(55.7%) were more prone to consult pharmacists.Most of consulted drugs were cardiovascular drugs(23.69%).The consultation questions were extensive,most of them was about usage and dosage of drugs,accounted for 34.21%,followed by pharmacological effects(18.76%) and the adverse reactions(15.99%).Conclusion As a new window of pharmaceutical service,pharmacy consultation reflects "the patient centered service" concept,offers the communication platform for pharmacy staff and patients,and ensures reasonable,safe,economic and effective.
