某院癌痛患者三阶梯止痛药物使用情况分析

目的 了解本院癌痛患者三阶梯止痛药物使用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据.方法 采用回顾性调查法,对医院信息管理系统提供的2011 -10 ～2012 -06癌痛治疗用药数据进行统计,计算各药物总用量、总金额、总天数、DDDs和DUI,并进行分析.结果 各阶梯止痛药物DUI均小于1,表明用药合理.总用药频度由高到低排序依次是第二阶梯镇痛药、第一阶梯非甾体类镇痛药和第三阶梯强阿片类镇痛药.复方制剂氨酚曲马多的用药频度排名第一.结论 本院癌痛治疗药物的使用基本符合癌症三阶梯止痛治疗指导原则,但阿片类药物的使用应根据临床实际情况合理加强.

Analysis of Application Status of Three-Stage Analgesics for Patients with Cancer Pain in A Hospital

Objective To investigate the application status of three-stage analgesics for patients with cancer pain in the hospital,in order to promote rational drug application.Methods The data of three-stage analgesics for cancer pain from October 2011 to June 2012 were calculated statistically on the aspects of the total amount,the total consumption sum,the total days of medication,DDDs,and DUI,and then analyzed.Results The DUI of every analgesic was less than 1,which showed the drug application was rational.The total DDDs of the three-stage analgesics ranked from high to low was the second-stage analgesics,the first-stage analgesics(NSAIDs),and then the third stage analgesics(strong opioid drugs).The DDDs of the paracetamol and tramadol hydrochloride tablets lined first.Conclusion The use of the analgesics for cancer pain in the hospital is in line with the Guideline for Cancer Pain Management Based on the Three-step Analgesic Ladder recommended by WHO,but the application of opioid drugs should be reasonably strengthened based on the clinical condition.
