| 摘 要： | 体外实验证实,熊果酸可抑制人类多种肿瘤细胞的增殖并可诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡,而对活体动物的抗肿瘤作用鲜有报道。本研究利用二甲基肼诱导大鼠大肠癌模型,同时给予含不同剂量的熊果酸饲料喂养,观察并检测肿瘤的形成部位、数量、体积,并用免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠大肠癌组织中COX-2、Bcl-2和Bax表达的变化,对这些指标进行定性及半定量分析。结果显示,熊果酸可抑制肿瘤的形成,呈剂量依赖性抑制癌组织COX-2的表达,但对Bcl-2、Bax的表达无显著影响。熊果酸对大肠癌有防治作用,其机制可能是通过降低COX-2的表达而实现的。
