间歇性周期电场对预防坚强内固定后局部骨质疏松的实验研究

摘    要:用坚强内固定治疗骨折将导致应力遮挡铲应,诱发固定局部骨质疏松。用钢板给家兔双侧胫骨做坚强内固定手术,然后一侧用间歇性周期电场进行治疗,对抗应力遮挡效应造成的影响。结果表明,电场治疗使骨的体积密度和皮质厚度增加,骨灰的含量,钙的含量也增加,对预防坚强内固定所臻的内质疏松有明显的作用。

Abstract:Rigid internal fixation treatment for fracture will lead to stress shielding effect,bringing out localized osteoporosis in the fixed part.An operation of rigid internal fixation was performed on both tibias of antagonize the effect of stress shielding.The experiment showed that the electric field treatment will help densify the bone.thicken the cortex wall,increase the content of ash and calcium in the bone,It also plays a considerable part in prevention of osteoporosis caused by rigid internal fixation.
