腹部手术后肠内营养支持的临床研究

目的探讨早期肠内营养对腹部手术病人的可行性。方法将腹部手术40例病人随机分为对照组20例和肠内营养组（EN组）20例。对照组术后常规处理，EN组术后经空肠造口管滴注肠内营养液肠内营养混悬液共7d。术后8d进行人体测量，淋巴细胞计数，前白蛋白、白蛋白监测，并比较肠功能恢复情况。结果EN组胃肠排气恢复明显快（P〈0．01）；前白蛋白术后8d显著高于术前水平（P〈0．05），淋巴细胞计数显术后8d显著高于术前水平（P〈0．05），而对照组手术前后无明显改变（P〉0．05）。结论腹部中大手术后早期进行肠内营养是合理、有效的营养支持方式。

Study on the enteral nutrition support in patients with abdominal surgery
