| 摘 要： | 目的：研究天麻祛风补片的质量控制标准：方法：采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的天麻、肉桂、独活进行了定性鉴别，并用高效液相色谱法对制剂中的天麻素进行含量测定。结果：天麻素在0．050μg～0．808μg范围内呈线性关系（v=09999），平均加样回收率为99．20％，RSD=2．08％（n=9）；结论：该法结果准确，重现性好，能排除其它成分的干扰，可用于天麻祛风补片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | AIM To study the quality standard of Tianmaqufengbu Tablets. Methods Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Cortex cinnamomi and Radix Angelicae Pubescentis were identified by TLC. The content of Gastrodin in Rhizoma Gastrodiae in the tablets was determined by HPLC. Results： Gastrodin showed a linear relationship in the content range of 0. 050 g - O. 808 g, the average recove~ was 99.20% and RSD = 2.08% （ n = 9）. Conclusion Method is ac- curate and recurrent well , Soit can be used as a reliable tool for the quality standard of Tianmaqufengbu Tablets. |
