| 摘 要： | 目的调查分析我院2005年1月-2008年12月阿奇霉素临床应用状况,分析不良反应发生原因,指导临床安全用药。方法采用回顾性分析方法对所有应用阿奇霉素的病例进行归纳总结。结果阿奇霉素的不良反应与患者年龄、有无过敏史、给药速度、是否联合用药等诸多因素有关。结论临床医生在使用阿奇霉素时,应该根据患者药物代谢动力学特点合理用药,以提高阿奇霉素的用药安全性。
