摘    要:目的比较两种微生物提取技术对初始污染菌数结果的影响。方法依据IS011737-1:2006标准方法分别用涡旋式混合和琼脂覆盖两种提取技术酒精片初始污染菌数进行了检测比较。结果两组细菌总数t检验结果无显著差异,但琼脂覆盖提取技术检出率为100%,涡旋式混合提取技术的检出率为10%。结论对于初始污染菌较低、构型合适的样品选择大小合适的平皿直接用琼脂覆盖法提取微生物,能提高检出率,获得更客观的结果。

Abstract:Objective To compare the effects between two microorganism removal techniques on results of determining the initial bioburden.Methods According to IS011737-1:2006 standard methods,vortex mixing method and agar overlaying method were used to gets bioburden from alcohol pad,and the results were compared.Results The t-test showed no significant difference between the total bacterial count of the two groups,but the detectable rate of vortex mixing method was 10% and that of the agar overlaying method was 100%.Conclusion When the initial bioburden is low and the configuration of the product is suitable,the agar overlaying method can increase the detectable rate and achieve objective results.
