| 摘 要： | 目的观察依达拉奉治疗基底节脑出血疗效。方法60例基底节脑出血患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上,给予依达拉奉治疗。治疗前后两组病例分别进行TCD检查,并进行两组比较,同时观察其副作用。结果治疗组大脑中动脉（MCA）血流动力学改善较对照组明显（P〈0.05）。结论依达拉奉通过改善基底节脑出血患者的大脑中动脉血流动力学指标,进一步减轻脑出血后脑水肿,以促进脑出血患者的恢复,且无明显副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe Clinical efficacy of edaravone on the treatment of The Basal Ganglia cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Sixty cases with the Basal Ganglia cerebral hemorrhage were randomly selected and assigned to treatment group and control group.Edaravone was added to treat on the patients of treatment group respectively.Results The treatment is good at the Basal Ganglia cerebra.Conclusion The treatment group was better than the control group at the hemodialysis. |
