| 摘 要： | 从１９９４年５月－１９９６年２月间应用猪抗人胸腺淋巴细胞球蛋白治疗肾移植术后排斥反应１９例。结果１７例完全逆转，血脂酐降至１５０μｍｏｌ／Ｌ以下；１例无效；另１例并发巨细胞病毒肺炎死亡。指出在肾移植术后发生排斥反应的早期应用ＡＨＴＧ疗效最为满意。

| Abstract: | 19 kidney transplant recipients who had acute intractable rejection were treated with AHTG in our hospital from May, 1994 to January, 1996, 17 of these patients were successfully reversed and renal function were smoothly recovered. One case failed to response while another died of CMV pneumonia. In this paper it was suggested that AHTG should be used immediately fol-lowing acute rejection so as to get a good results. The most serious complication during using of AHTG was lung infection,especially CMV pneumonia,so it is wortbwhile to pay close attention to it. |
