不同婚况的新型毒品依赖者心理健康及社会支持的比较

目的：了解不同婚姻状况新型毒品依赖者的心理健康水平和社会支持状况，为新型毒品依赖者的心理康复和脱毒提供依据。方法：用自编的一般情况调查表、症状自评量表（ SCL-90）、社会支持评定量表（ SSRS ）分别对213例不同婚况的新型毒品依赖者进行测验和比较。结果：①新型毒品依赖者SCL-90总均分和各因子分均显著高于正常人群。②新型毒品依赖者已婚组对支持的利用度和社会支持总分与其SCL-90总均分呈负相关；未婚组的社会支持总分与其SCL-90总均分呈负相关；离婚组的主观支持、客观支持和社会支持总分与其SCL-90总均分呈负相关。③已婚新型毒品依赖者主观支持得分和社会支持总分均高于未婚和离婚新型毒品依赖者，差异有统计学意义。结论：新型毒品依赖者心理健康水平较正常人群差，未婚和离婚新型毒品依赖者的社会支持情况均比已婚者差，提供有益的社会支持有助于提高心理健康水平。

Comparison of the mental health status and social support availability in the new type of drug addicts with different marital status

Objective：To investigate the psychological health status and social support availability in the new-type of drug dependence with differ-ent marital status to supply an advisable psychological rehabilitation op-tion during detoxication.Methods：We conducted a survey on the 213 new type of drug addicts with diverse marital status using self-administered in-ventory,Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）and Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）,and compared the results.Results：①The total average score and scoring on each component of SCL-90 were significantly higher for the new type of drug addicts than those of the healthy population; ②The total scores on the social support provision and availability in married addicts were negatively correlated with the total average score of SCL-90.The same results were seen in the unmarried group and divorce group concern-ing the total average scores and social support levels and availability of both subjective and objective social support.③The married ones of new-type of drug dependence scored higher on the active social support and the total score of social support as compared with the unmarried and divorced ones,which suggested significant statistical difference.Conclusion：The new type drug users remains lower mental health status in general as com-pared with the healthy population,and the unmarried and divorced ones appear to have poorer availability of social support than the married .The findings suggest that targeted social support will benefit this population in improving their mental health .
