泪小管断裂吻合并双路置管术疗效观察

目的探讨外伤性泪小管断裂显微吻合并双路置管手术的效果。方法79例（79眼）均在手术显微镜直视下或黏弹剂帮助下寻找到泪小管鼻侧断端，以双路硅胶导管为支撑物，置管2～3个月，拔管后随访3～24个月。结果结果77例（77眼）随访，65眼（84．42％）泪道冲洗通畅，无溢泪；8眼（10．39％）泪道冲洗通畅，有溢泪；4眼（5．19％）通而不畅。主要并发症为瘢痕增生导致失败。结论手术显微镜下泪小管断裂修复并双路置管手术治疗外伤性泪小管断裂效果良好。

Clinical efficacy of double silicone intubation for repair of canalicular laceration

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of double silicone intubation for repair of traumatic canalicular laceration. Methods 79 cases （79 eyes ） of traumatic canalicular laceration were anastomized under microscope. The nasal broken ending was found with the help of viscoelastic agent. The bicanalicular silicon tubes were inserted and left in the lacrimal passage for 2 - 3 months. The patients were followed - up for 3 - 24 months after the tubes were removed. Results 77 cases （77 eyes） were followed up. 65 eyes （84.42%） had patent lacrimal passages and no epiphora. 8 eyes （ 10.39% ） had epiphora with patent lacrimal passages. 4 eyes （5.19%） had obstruction in lacrimal passages. The main complication was scar formation which caused surgery to fail. Conclusion Double silicone intubation under microscope has good clinical efficacy for repair of traumatic lacrimal canalicular laceration.
