| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早期康复训练对急性脑梗塞患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法:康复组采用药物与系统的康复训练相结合的方法,对照组采用单纯的药物治疗。第28天评价效果。结果:康复组上肢肌力和持匙进餐、扶拐行走等日常生活活动能力的恢复优于对照组(P<0.05),下肢肌力的恢复2组无显著差异。结论:早期康复训练能促进急性脑梗塞患者肢体功能的恢复,减少并发症,提高治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitated physical exercise on the recovery of extremity function of the patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Medication combined with physical exercise and single medication was applied to the rehabilitation group and the control group respectively, and effective outcome was gained after 28 days. Results: Myodynamia of upper limbs of the patients such as having food with spoon and walking with crutch was more improved in the rehabilitation group than that in the control group (P<0.05), and no statistics difference from myodynamia of lower limbs between the two groups. Conclusion: Early rehabilitated physical exercise can improve the extremity function of the patients with acute cerebral infarction and decrease complications. |
