前牙开[牙合]的骨面型分析与矫治方法的选择

【目的】通过对前牙开牙合]患者的骨面型分析,探讨前牙开牙合]的形成机制和矫治方法的选择。【方法】选择24例15~25岁前牙开牙合畸形患者,利用X线头影测量分析开牙合]畸形的骨面型特征和治疗前后的硬组织变化,并进行统计学处理。【结果】两组间下颌平面角,关节角,腭平面角,基础平面角,上下中切牙交角呈显著性差异。正畸治疗后,两组间覆,覆盖,上下中切牙交角,上下切牙倾斜度变化差异有统计学意义。【结论】在正确分析开牙合原因的前提下,利用不同的力学原理选择矫治技术是正畸治疗前牙开牙合]畸形成功的关键。采用多曲方丝弓技术和直丝弓技术内收前牙、前移磨牙矫治开牙合]得到了满意效果。

Analysis of anterior open bite and selection of different treating plan

【Objective】To investigate the mechanics of anterior open bite and select different treating plans and methods.【Methods】24 anterior open bite cases ranging from 12 to 25 years of age were selected.Hard tissues features before and after treatment were measured by computer aided X-ray cephalometrics.Results were analyzed statistically【Results】t-test showed that there were obvious statistical difference in groups of the cephalometric analysis on SN-PP,U1-SN,S-AR-GO,U1-LI,PP-MP and SN-MP. After treatment,there were obvious statistical difference on the changes in overbite,overjet,U1-L1 and inclination of incisors between groups.【Conclusions】Diagnosis was the most important factor in treating anterior openbite cases.Treating by MEAW technique and sliding mechanics,all the cases get satisfactory results.
