| 摘 要： | 对１４０例椎动脉型颈椎病随机分成针刺组和药物组，分别以针刺和药物治疗。结果：针刺组痊愈显效率与药物组相比差异有非常显著性意义（Ｐ〈０．０１），而两组总有效率差异无显著性意义（Ｐ〉０．０５）；两组在治疗后第１０个月和第１８个月分别进行随访，针刺组复发率明显低于药物组（Ｐ〈０．０５）。针刺组的近期疗效和远期疗效均优于药物组。

| Abstract: | cases of vertebroarterial type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into acupuncture group and medicine group,which were treated with acupuncture and medicine.Results indicated that there was very significant difference in the cured and markedly effective rate(P<0 01) and there was no significant difference(P>0 05)in the total effective rate between the two groups;Follow up in the 10th and 18th months showed that the recurrence rate in the acupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the medicine group(P<0 05).It is suggested that both of the short term and long term therapeutic effects were superior to that of the medicine group respectively. |
