2010年安徽省居民高血压相关危险因素调查

目的了解安徽省居民高血压患病相关危险因素。方法选择安徽省6个市县区慢性病监测点,采取4个阶段分层整群抽样方法抽样,使用问卷、医学体检方法调查。结果男性、老年人群高血压患病检出率高,多因素非条件logistic回归分析显示,30～49岁男性人群中,父母高血压史、本人体质指数≥24（OR：2.504）、饮酒史（OR：1.719）、血清甘油三酯升高（OR：1.775）是高血压患病的主要危险因素。结论加强健康知识宣传、倡导合理膳食、控制体重是预防控制高血压的重要措施。

Investigation of risk factors for hypertension among population in Anhui province in 2010

Objective To identify the risk factors for hypertension among population in Anhui province.Methods We conducted questionnaire investigation and physical examinations at six chronic disease monitoring sites in the counties of Anhui province.4-stage,stratified and random cluster sampling were used.Results Hypertension was found at higher rate among population with the following characteristics: male,old age.Multi-factor unconditional logistic regression analysis revealed that family history of hypertension,BMI≥24(OR:2.504),drinking history(OR:1.719),and increased serum total cholesterol(OR:1.775)were the main risk factors for hypertension among males aged 30 to 49.Conclusions Strengthening health education,advocating balanced diet and weight control were important ways to prevent and control hypertension.
