摘    要:目的 介绍齿科激光焊接技术在正畸临床治疗中的应用范围及方法.方法 激光焊接是利用激光能量来焊接2个金属成型品的一种技术.随着激光焊接在传统牙科合金焊接领域的不断强化,在正畸矫治器制作工艺上也逐步得到了良好的运用.在正畸矫治器制作中,除异种合金不宜与钛合金配对焊接外,其他如镍铬合金、钴铬合金的同种、异种金属焊接,以及钛合金的同种焊接均可取得较好的效果.结果 与传统银焊相比,焊接方法简单,无需包埋.速度快、耐腐蚀、焊点小、美观.焊接变形小、强度高、失败率低,可进行补救性焊接处理.结论 激光焊接可以有效的应用于口腔正畸矫治器的制作和修补中,是一种有推广前途的矫治器制备工艺.

Abstract:Objective To introduce the application of laser welding in orthodontic appliance.Methods Laser welding is a technology that welds metal objects utilizing laser energy.Along with the development of laser welding in dental alloy welding,it was gradually applied in orthodontic appliance for weld of Ni-Cr alloy,Co-Cr alloy or Titanium alloy.Laser welding is suit for weld of both homogeneous and heterogeneous alloy except that between titanium alloy and others.Results Compared with traditional silver welding,it has a lot of advantages including simpler operation,no embedment,speediness,smaller weld area,anti-corruption,nicer looking,less weld distortion,greater intensity,fewer failure,etc.Conclusion Laser welding can be used in either fabrication or repair of orthodontic appliance and the extensive application with spreading prospect.
