摘    要:目的:探讨近6年上海市交通大学附属第一人民医院进修生的结构情况.了解该院进修人员变化趋势,为继续教育决策改进提供依据.方法:采取算术统计方法,从年龄,性别,学历,职称,学科发展以及管理办法等方面进行初步分析.结果:进修生性别无明显差异(50.45%vs 49.55%),年龄结构以30岁-39岁为主体(占56.03%),学历结构以本科为主体(占58.32%),研究生学历略有上升趋势,职称结构以中级职称为主体(占47.44%),学科结构以医院特色为主体.结论:作为一所集医、教、研、防、护为一体的综合性医院,接受进修教育约有30余年的历史,具有一套规范化、制度化、综合性管理的措施和经验;但随着医学科学技术的发展和进步,医院之间、学科之间的科研、教学、人才之争相当激烈,持续推进继续医学教育之一的进修教育显得尤为重要.

Abstract:Object: Discuss refresh training in this hospital in last 6 years. Learn the trend and make suggestion. Method:Statistic age, sex, education background, professional title, specialty development and management tool. Result: There are notdifferent for these refresh students in sex (50.45%VS49.55%). Main students are 30-39 (56.03%). The majority is bachelor degree(58.32%), and more and more are master degree. The professional title is middle level (47.44%). Conclusion: This general hospitalhas capability in clinical services, training, research, prevent and nursing and has more than 30 years history in training refreshstudents. The refresh training is becoming more and more important to meet with competition with other hospitals.
