乐果中毒大鼠肝脏损害及氯磷定治疗的影响

摘    要:目的研究乐果中毒大鼠对肝脏损害及不同剂量氯磷定治疗对其的影响。方法对180只大鼠分别给予盐水灌胃、中毒不治疗、阿托品治疗及大、中、小剂量氯磷定+阿托品治疗,观察其治疗后临床表现,通过丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)值观察其肝损害程度。结果乐果染毒后未治疗组大鼠很快出现流涎、肌肉颤动、呼吸困难、抽搐,最后因呼吸衰竭死亡。给予氯磷定+阿托品组均比同等剂量单用阿托品治疗组症状轻,恢复快(P〈0.01),大剂量氯磷定+阿托品组比中小剂量组症状轻、恢复快(P〈0.01),中剂量氯磷定+阿托品组比小剂量组恢复快(P〈0.01),各染毒组ALT均出现明显升高。各治疗组ALT在第6天达到高峰,阿托品组ALT峰值最高,然后依次为小剂量组及中等剂量组和大剂量组。结论急性乐果中毒,存在肝功能的损害。治疗量肟类复能剂本身不加重肝功损害,肟类化合物是治疗乐果中毒必不可少的药物。

The effect of PAM-CL on hepatic injury caused by rogor poisoning in rats

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of various doses of PAM-CL on hepatic injury in rats with acute rogor poisoning. Methods 180 rats with acute rogor poisoning were treated by three doses of PAM-CL combined with. atropine or atropine only. The clinical manifestations of rats after treatment with various doses of oximes were observed. The ALT levels were detected to observe the hepatic injury. Results In the untreated group after acute rogor poisoning, the wave-shaped muscle trembles and respiratory failure occurred and all the rats died. The symptoms of the rats treated by PAM-CL combined with atropine were significantly lighter than that in the rats treated by atropine only( P 〈 0.01 ), and the rats recovered more quickly than the rats treated by atropine only (P 〈 0. 01 ) . The ALT levels were grandually increased in each group and reached peak until 6 days,which in atropine treatment group was highest, following by low-dose group, middle-dose group and high-dose group. Conclusion The liver will be hurt when acute rogor poisoning occurs. The oximes is essential drug in treating rogor poisoning,which dosen't aggravate the hepatic injury.
