碟脉灵注射液治疗急性期脑梗死近期疗效观察

目的探讨碟脉灵注射液治疗脑梗死的近期临床疗效。方法选择急性期脑梗死患者78例。其中治疗组39例，用碟脉灵20ml加入5％葡萄糖注射液250ml，静滴1次／d，对照组39例用雏脑路通0．2g加入5％葡萄糖注射液250ml，静滴1次／d，14d为1个疗程。观察各组用药前、后神经功能评分和血液流变学变化。结果（1）血液流变学改变：治疗组治疗后红细胞压积、高切全血黏度显著下降，和治疗前及对照组比较。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；（2）治疗组用药后CSS神经功能缺损评分显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且治疗效果较对照组显著，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论碟脉灵注射液能显著改善急性脑梗死患者血液流变学，促进患者的神经功能恢复。对急性期脑梗死有一定疗效。

Observation of early clinical effects of Diemailin in solution cerebral infarction

Objective To evaluate the early clinical effects of treatment for the patients with cerebral infarction by infusion of Diemailin parenteral solution.Methods Seventy-eight cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly assigned into two groups:Test group,39 cases,were infused with 20 ml Diemailin and 250ml 5% glucose solution,Control group,39 cases,were infused with 0.2g weinaolutong and 250 ml 5% glucose solution.All the patients of these two groups were treated once per day for a period of total two weeks.Neurologic function and hemorheology alterations were observed before and after administration of the medicine in both groups.Results(1)Hemorheology alterations:hematocrit(HCT)and high shear rate were significantly decreased in Test group after treatment compared with Control group(P<0.05).(2)CCS Neurologic Function Defect Score of Test group was also significantly decreased after adminstration of medicine(P<0.05).Conclusion Diemailin parenteral solution may improve hemorheologic parameters in the patients with acute cerebral infarction,and promote the neurologic function recovery,which indicate its definite clinical efficacy of treatment for such kind of disease.
