| 摘 要： | 目的探讨使用钬激光治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法选择变应性鼻炎50例,自愿接受钬激光手术,通过破坏鼻丘、鼻中隔前上方黏膜的筛前神经分支和下鼻甲前方黏膜,从而降低筛前神经分支的敏感性,抑制腺体分泌,使变应性鼻炎症状改善。结果 50例随访1-2年,全部病例鼻通气正常,变应性鼻炎症状消失,显效35例,有效10例,无效5例。结论钬激光治疗变应性鼻炎方法简单、安全有效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Ho laser therapy in management of the allergic rhinitis. METHODS Fifty cases with allergic rhinitis were included in this study. The sensibility of the nasal mucosa were decreased through destroying the anterior mucosa of inferior turbinate, agger nasi and the sup-anterior part of nasal septum by Ho laser. RESULTS The symptoms of the 50 cases were improved after following up for 1 to 2 years. There were 35 cases with excellent improvement, 10 cases with improvement, 5 cases with no improvement. CONCLUSION Management of allergic rhinitis with Ho laser is a simple, safe and effective method. |
