摘    要:大骨节病(KBD)病因致今未明。本专题在对榆林郊区现况研究,找出KBD新发病例的基础上,进行配比对照研究,择入(KBD选新发户)按户采水,以探索水中有机物与KBD的因果联系。结果是:(1)病点与邻近非病点,病户与非病户之间水腐植酸量的差别无显性。(2)1个KBD新发户水中见小分子有机物苯并噻唑。对12个井水的检测,未检出自由基信号,13个元素含量在病户与非病户之间无大差异。重病点户水的总有机碳

An Investigative Report on Organic Substances in Drinking Water of Kaschin-Beck Disease Area in Yu'ln

Abstract:The cause of Kaschin-Beck disease (KBD) hasn't been clear as yet. In Yu'lin suburbs, on the grounds of screening test and finding out newly developed case of KBD, a case-control study was carried out. The water samples were collected and tested by chosen person's families, who must be newly developed case if the persons were ones of KBD. The results were: (1) The difference between quantities of humic acid in water of disease regions and non-disease regions or that of disease families and non-disease families wasn't significant statistically. (2) There was an organic substance-benzothiazole of small molecular weight in a well water of newly developed case of KBD. In 12 water samples, no free radical was searched out. The difference between quantities of 13 elements examined in water samples of disease families and non-disease families wasn't significant statistically. The quantites (4 80mg/L) of total organic carbon (TOC) and (0 0642mg/L) of fulvic acid (FA) in water samples of disease families of serious disease region were higher than that of farmilies of non-disease region near the serious disease region, but the difference between them wasn't significant statistically. The variation of concentration of above two kinds of organic substances among the water samples were prominant. The distribution of conecntration of above two kinds of organic substances in some water samples was shown a disorderly phenomenon which violated to relationship of the dose-reaction or dose-effect. The quantity of TOC in Puhui spring water in absolute non-disease region was higher than that in water of 3 newly developed families of KBD in serious disease region. The quantities of FA in water of 2 families in non-disease region were also higher than that in water of 2 newly developed families of KBD.
