某区域地方卫生人员卫勤保障知识认知调查

目的了解某区域卫生人员对卫勤保障知识的认知现状。方法运用便利抽样法对某区域8所医院2300名地方卫生人员进行调查,调查工具为自行设计的调查问卷,对调查结果进行分析及统计处理。结果卫生人员对各类卫勤保障知识掌握程度不一;不同专业、不同学历的卫生人员卫勤保障知识得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);卫生人员获得卫勤保障知识的主要渠道为新闻媒体和在职教育。结论本次调查的医院对卫勤保障知识的培训学习和宣传力度不够,地方卫生人员对卫勤保障知识掌握情况不理想,应采用全面、全员、多种途径提高卫生人员对卫勤保障知识的认知水平。

Investigation on the Connotation on Military Health Service of Local Health Personnel in a Region

Objective To understand the cognitive status of the local health personnel in an areas on mili- tary health service knowledge. Methods Convenience sampling method was used in investigating 2300 local health officers of 8 hospitals in the southeast coast. Survey tool was self - designed questionnaire. The results of in- vestigations were analyzed by statistical methods. Results Health personnel for all types of health care knowledge level is different, different education; professional health workers medical security knowledge score difference has statistics significance （P 〈 0.05 ） ; health personnel to obtain health care knowledge of the main channel for news media and in- service education. Conclusions The hospitals are inadequate in the training and publicity on the knowledge of military medical support. Military medical support knowledge of local health personnel is not ideal. Comprehensive and various ways should be adopted to raise the cognitive level of health personnel on military medi- cal support knowledge.
