| Abstract: | Training for war preparedness is the important way to enhance the support ability of Specialist Surgical Team. In this article, based on the characteristic and need of the mission of Specialist Surgical Team, actuality and problems were discussed. Finally, the suggestions about content, plan, and assessment of training were proposed. |
