| Abstract: | The article analyzed the main problems existing in the management mechanisms, assessment and encouragement mechanism of employed staff in military hospital. The article discussed the main measures of improving and normalizing the personnel building of employed staff, as well as inspiring the work enthusiasm and the abilities to innovate. All these measures would be helpful to promote the transformation to the combining construction of military resources and social resources, so as to achieve the fast, continuous and multi - dimension development of military hospital. |
