| Abstract: | The article mainly discussed the approaches of transforming human resources management mode from three aspects, including breaking through traditional pathway, using the experiences of enterprise operation management, innovating the mechanism and system. All the measures would provide experiences for the improvement of comprehensive human resource management efficiency, the promotion of the transformation of human resource management mode, the fast development of disciplines and talents building in hospital. |
