医院建立士兵骨干健康疗养的做法

目的探讨新时期多样化军事训练对士兵骨干健康影响的特点和规律,以基地化训练为依托,将士兵骨干纳为健康疗养主要服务对象,保持士兵骨干最佳健康状态。方法成立士兵骨干健康疗养组织,对士兵骨干进行健康检查、健康评估、健康疗养、健康追踪干预。结果士兵骨干健康疗养共792人,单项指标异常者284人,涉及关节、肌肉、脊柱、胃肠道、皮肤、泌尿道以及轻症心理疾患者121人,经过一周疗养,均达到临床治愈标准。结论利用医院有限资源开展士兵骨干健康疗养,有针对性地实施个体化健康干预,对保障士兵骨干健康、部队制定培养士兵骨干长远计划、提升士兵价值取向具有现实意义。

Convalescent Recuperative Measures for Backbone Soldiers in the Hospital

Obiective To discuss the influences on backbone soldiers＇health status in diversified drill pe- riod, and to maintain their best health status through recuperative nursing. Methods We established health recu- perative organization for backbone soldiers, then scheduled health examination and health estimation and health re- cuperation tracing. Results In all 792 backbone soldiers,284 soldiers were suffered with single abnormal indica- tor,there were 121 soldiers involved in knuckle, muscle, backbone, gastric- intestinal tract, skin, urethra and mild psycho sufferer. After recuperated for one week, the health conditions of all the soldiers have attained cure standard. Conclusion We could make use of the limited resources to promote health recuperative and carry out individuated health intervene for backbone soldiers to improve their health level, and help the soldiers to formulate their long- term developing project.
