医院加强学科技术建设的探索与思考

学科技术建设是医院整体建设的重要内容,本文就医院学科技术的内涵进行了探讨,指出医院学科技术建设的主要内容。提出了加强医院学科建设的主要措施,多途径引进学科技术,快速提升医院学科技术水平;加大新技术研发,提高医院核心竞争力;规范新技术使用,促进学科技术可持续发展。指出医院领导转变思维方式是促进医院学科建设快速发展的关键。

Explorations To Strengthen Hospital Suject Technology Construction

Subject technology development is a critical part of hospital construction. In this paper, the connotation of hospit technology was discussed, and the relate contents were introduced. And then the measures to improve the subject technolgy construction were discussed as following： multiple approaches should be applied to induce the new technology, new diagnostic and therapeutic methods should be reinforced to improve core compe- tence, and a vital component of construction should constituted for the hospital to realize the continuous develop- ment of the hospital. At last, the key to promote the development of subject technology was proposed as changing the development idea of the manager of the hospital.
