Abstract:The author discussed the connotation of human resources management in public hospitals. Based on the practice, there was an attempt to explain the new framework of human resources process management in the hospital, which included human resources planning, introduction of qualified personnel, recruitment and se- lection, job appointments, personnel training, performance appraisal and compensation management.
