| 摘 要： | 做好军队医院人才培养教育工作,不仅关系到在校学员的健康成长,更关系到军队医院的长远建设。笔者认为,当前最为重要的是,要积极探索新形势下,军队医院人才院校培养教育阶段工作的新途径、新办法、新手段,努力在切合实际,勇于创新上下功夫。
