| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性乌头碱中毒致心律失常患者的临床特征及抢救办法。方法:分析60例急性乌头碱中毒致心律失常患者的临床资料。结果:60例患者心电图表现缓慢性心律失常24例,快速性心律失常36例(含致命性心律失常2例),经应用阿托品、盐酸戊乙奎醚等治疗后,全部好转或治愈出院。结论:乌头碱中毒通常会引起心律失常,有时可出现致命性严重的心律失常。早期及时使用抗胆碱能药物如阿托品、盐酸戊乙奎醚,必要时使用利多卡因等治疗可提高抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical characteristic and rescue measures of the patients with arrythmia due to acute aconites alkali poisoning。 Methods:An analysis of the clinical data of 60 patients with arrythmia due to acute aconites alkali poisoning was done.Result:The ECG of 60 patient shows:bradycardia 24 cases,tachicardia 36 cases,including lethal arrythmia 2cases.All patients were discharged from the hospital with disease being relieved or cured after treatment by atropine,penehyclidine hydrochloride,etc.Conclusion:Aucte aconites alkali poisoning may cause arrhythmias in common,and sometimes it can be deadly serious arrhythmias.Using anti-cholinergic drugs such as atropine,penehyclidine hydrochloride in time,accompany with lidocaine when necessary can improve the success rate of rescuing measures. |
