医院对基层部队卫生人员集中式管理的探讨

针对调研中发现的困扰基层部队卫生机构能力建设的三个主要问题:①基层部队卫生人员思想不稳定;②基层部队卫生机构保障能力与担负的使命任务不相适应;③新时期官兵健康理念发生变化,要求更好的医疗技术水平和医疗条件是普遍需求。为破解这些难题,作者认为必须解放思想,大胆实践;提出"医院对基层部队卫生人员集中式管理,派出式保障"模式,提升基层部队卫生机构能力建设。

Centralized Management Mode Applied in the Hospital of Health Staff from the Basic Level Forces

According to the investigation, we found that there were three main problems in health agency ability construction of basic level forces ： Firstly, the health staffs of basic level forces were unstable ; Secondly, the security ability of health agency cannot adapt to the task; Thirdly, in the new time the officers and soldiers/healthy idea has been changed, and they would ask for better medical service. To solve these problems, we proposed to e- mancipate our minds, set up a new medical model as ＂centralized management in hospital of health staffs from the basic level forces＂.
