接触高温,CO工人血清GH和CS的变化

采用放射免疫方法，对长期接触高温、ＣＯ、高温＋ＣＯ作业工人及对照人员血清生长激素（ＧＨ）和皮质醇（ＣＳ）水平进行了测定。年龄和工龄在４个组间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。其结果：（１）高温工人血清ＧＨ、ＣＳ水平与对照组相近（Ｐ＞０．０５）；（２）接触ＣＯ、高温＋ＣＯ工人血清ＧＨ虽呈下降趋势，但无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；而血ＣＳ则明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。从结果看出，长期接触高温、ＣＯ对ＧＨ和ＣＳ

THE EFFECTS OF HIGH TEMPERATURE OR/AND CARBON MONOXIDE ON SERUM GROWTH HORMONE AND CORTISTEROID

Workers were selected according working environment,and were divided into high temperature group carbon monoxide group,the combined effect grorp,and control group,of which workers were never exposed to these occupational hazards. There was no significant difference in duration of work and age among four groups. The findings showed as follows;(1)serum growth hormone (GH) and cortisteroid(CS) in high temperature group approximated to those in control group(P>0.05),and(2) serum GH trended to decrease in carbon monoxide group and in the combined effect group, although there existed no significant difference compared with control group, yet CS increased significantly(P<0.05).
