| 摘 要： | 在职人员申请硕士学位工作对培养高层次临床医学人才起到重要作用。根据我院办学的特点，我们从统一认识，完善管理；制度坚持标准、严格要求，从资格审查、考试，学位课程考试、论文质量等方面确保质量。自１９９１年以来至今，我院医师已获硕士学位共８０名，成为医院的骨干力量。我们认为开展在职人员申请硕士学位，培养了临床医学人才。

| Abstract: | The work of encouraging inservice personnel to apply for the Master degree has played an important role in the cultivation of highlevel clinical medical talents.In accordance with the characteristics of a hospitalrun college,we have striven to ensure the training quality by seeking unity of thinking and perfecting the management system and by sticking to the standards and setting strict demands in credentials examination,entrance examination,course examinations,and thesis quality.Since 1991,80 doctors in our hospital have acquired the Master degree and have become part of the backbone of the hospital.We hold that the conduction of the work of encouraging inservice personnel to apply for the Master degree has contributed to the cultivation of clinical medical talents. |
