| 摘 要： | 目的 调查医院卫生间手动开关微生物污染程度，探讨改进措施。方法 对某院门诊楼10间卫生间内手动开关采样做细菌培养。结果 各种手动开关细菌载量≥100CFU／cm^2者占样本总数的86.25％，分离出166株细菌，分别是沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌及其他菌。乙型病毒肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)监测80份，阳性37份，阳性率46.25％。结论 医院卫生间各种手动开关污染严重，应加强隔离消毒措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate microorganism contamination of switches in hospital toilets. Methods Bacterial strains were isolated from samples of switches in 10 toilets of outpatients' department in a hospital. Results The bacterial colony forming unit of 86.25% of samples was more than 100 CFU/cm 2, 166 bacterial strains isolated were Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus epidermidis and others. HBsAg was detected in 80 samples, 37 ( 46.25%) of which were positive. Conclusion The contamination of the switches in hospital toilets is severe and disinfection should be stressed. |
