心理干预对血液透析患者抑郁状态的影响

目的评价心理干预对血液透析患者抑郁状态的影响。方法采用随机对照方法,将心理干预组除与对照组一样进行常规护理外,进行20周的心理干预。比较2组抑郁状态等的改善情况。结果心理干预组患者的生活能力、生活兴趣、治疗信心有明显提高,而悲观、抑郁等情绪有明显下降,与对照组相比,P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论心理干预能改善血液透析患者的抑郁状态,减少抑郁症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of psychotherapy on depressive state of patients during hemodialysis treatment

Objective To assess the effect of psychotherapy on the depressive state of the patients during the treatment of hemodialysis.Methods The study was conducted by random division and comparison.The psychotherapy group received the same routine nursing as the control group.In addition,the psychotherapy group was treated by psychotherapy for 20 weeks.The improvements on the depressive state and etc.between the two groups were contrasted.Results In the psychotherapy treatment group,the patients' life ability,life interest and confidence in the treatment were obviously improved,and the pessimism and the dumps and the like emotions decreased.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions The psychotherapy treatment can ameliorate the depressive state,reduce the possibility of depression and improve the life quality of patients during the hemodialysis treatment.
