| 摘 要： | 目的 研究口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者病损局部黏膜上皮细胞中骨桥蛋白(OPN)的表达.方法 经病理学检查确诊的OLP患者40例,其中17例伴轻度异常增生;充血糜烂型15例,网纹/斑块型25例.免疫组化法检测患者病损部位口腔黏膜上皮细胞OPN表达.以40名健康志愿者作为正常对照.结果 OLP及伴轻度异常增生OLP病损局部黏膜上皮细胞OPN表达阳性率分别为65.4%和82.4%,与正常对照的10.0%比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).充血糜烂型和网纹/斑块型OLP病损局部黏膜上皮细胞OPN表达阳性率分别为73.3%和60.0%,均显著高于正常对照(P<0.05),但OLP二类型之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 OPN表达在OLP患者病损局部明显增加,提示OPN可能参与了OLP疾病的发生和癌变发展过程.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of osteopontin (OPN) in mucosal epithelium of oral local lesion in patients with oral lichen planus(OLP). Methods Forty patients with pathologically-confirmed OLP (erosive OLP,n=15; reticular OLP,n=25) were investigated,among whom 17 were complicated with mild dysplasia.
