| 摘 要： | 对8例低增生型难治性贫血和12例慢性再生障碍性贫血进行了实验室回顾性分析.结果表明:在慢性再生障碍性贫血时骨髓淋巴细胞、浆细胞比值、骨髓小粒中非造血细胞、中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶阳性率和积分、细胞外铁染色阳性程度均显著高于低增生型难治性贫血,而外周血幼红和幼粒细胞数及检出率、Pelger核异常率、骨髓红系比值、巨核细胞层数及小巨核发生率又显著低于低增生型难治性贫血.

| Abstract: | A retrospective research were carried out on 8 patients with hypoplastic refractory anemia (HRA) and 12 patients with chronic aplastic anemia (CAA). The initial results showed that nonhematopoiotic cells of bone marrow and marrow granules,and NAP scores in CAA were much more than that in HRA (P<0. 05). While young granulocytes, young erythro-cytes and Pelger-Huet neutrophil in the blood smear,and numbers of megakaryocyte and mi-cromegalokaryocyte of bone marrow in HRA are significantly more than that in CAA (P<0. 05). |
