对区域性医疗联合体中法人治理结构模式的分析

结合上海市在新医改中提出的构建区域性医疗卫生联合体的设想,通过SWOT分析及描述区域性医疗联合体的实施环境,提出针对医疗联合体的法人治理结构的含义和内容,分析其与公司法人治理结构和单个公立医院在治理结构上的异同点,并以上海在崇明地区开展的医疗联合体试点为参照,对区域性医疗联合体的法人治理结构的模式进行研究。

Analysis on the hospital governance structure in regional medical union

Based on the idea of creating Shanghai regional medical union in Shanghai Health System Reform Policy,SWOT analysis and environment that regional medical union will be confronted with is discussed.Conception and content of corporate governance structure is presented.The differences and similarities between corporate governance and single public hospital corporate are analyzed.Pilot reform of regional medical union in Chongming region is seen as a case to explore the corporate governance structure mode of regional medical union.
