| 摘 要： | 背景:大脑组织的可塑性和功能重组是偏瘫康复治疗的理论基础。偏瘫的多种康复治疗方法中,康复器械的应用具有不可或缺且日益重要的作用。目的:从不同康复器械在偏瘫康复治疗方法中的应用原理、现状、效果和今后的发展趋势角度,探索如何将康复器械更有效地应用于偏瘫的康复治疗中。方法:以偏瘫,偏瘫康复方法,偏瘫康复器械,矫形器,电刺激,电针为中文关键词,以hemiplegia rehabilitation,hemiplegia rehabilitation equipment,rehabilitation engineering,hemiplegia rehabilitation robot为英文关键词,采用计算机检索CNKI和Medline数据库1996-01/2011-08有关不同康复器械在偏瘫康复治疗中应用的相关文章,排除重复研究及Meta分析类文章,筛选纳入28篇文献进行评价。结果与结论:传统的康复器械在偏瘫康复治疗中的应用得到了加强和拓展。与此同时,将多种康复手段结合而形成的多功能复合型康复器械、将康复器械与计算机技术、生物反馈技术及趣味电脑游戏程序相结合产生的康复治疗机器人,得到了日益广泛的发展。检索结果显示,将康...
