医院绩效管理中绩效目标的设计

摘    要:结合医院实际,介绍医院绩效管理中绩效目标的设计方法。首先确定医院战略目标,根据战略目标制定目标任务书,并将目标任务书分解到科室和员工,制定科室和员工的目标任务书。在实施战略目标过程中要注重绩效目标任务的沟通。科学合理的绩效目标设计是医院开展绩效管理的良好基础。医院绩效管理的根本目的是提升员工和医院将来的绩效水平。而绩效考核的对象是员工的绩效表现,因此其考核指标的提炼应该以员工的具体工作职责和工作任务为依据。
