喘可治注射液雾化吸入佐治小儿哮喘性支气管炎疗效观察

目的观察喘可治雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿哮喘性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将110例小儿哮喘性支气管炎患儿完全随机分为观察组和对照组，各55例，均给予抗菌药物及对症治疗。观察组在此基础上加用喘可治雾化吸入，2次／d；对照组常规治疗的基础上加用吸入用布地奈德混悬液舒氧气驱动雾化吸入，2次／d。7d为1个疗程。观察治疗前后咳嗽、气喘改善情况及6个月内呼吸道感染发作次数。结果观察组在退热、肺部哕音消失时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（2．9±1．5）d比（3．6±1．8）d，（6．0±1．8）d比（6．7±1．8）d，均P〈0．05]，咳嗽消失时间亦短于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（5．1±1．9）d比（5．6±1．6）d，P〉0．05]。结论喘可治雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿哮喘性支气管炎，具有减少呼吸道反复感染等作用，为治疗小儿哮喘性支气管炎之良药，安全可靠。

Chuankezhi atomization inhalation in the treatment of children asthmatic bronchitis

Objective To observe the effect of Chuankezhi atomization inhalation in adjuvant treatment of infantile asthmatic bronchitis. Methods One hundred and ten cases of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis in children were randomized into the observation group and the control group with 55 cases in each group. They were given antibiotic and symptomatic therapies. The observation group had combined Chuankezhi atomizing inhalation, 2 times a day; the control group received routine treatment with budesonideof oxygen drive atomization inhalation, 2 times a day, seven days for a course of treatment. Results The disappearance time of fever and the lungs wheeze of the observation group were shorter than those in control group; the difference was statistically significant （2.9 ± 1.5）d vs （ 3.6 ± 1.8） d, （6.0 ± 1.8 ） d vs （6.7± 1.8 ） d, all P 〈 0.05].Conclusion Auxiliary treatments with inhaling the aerosol of Chuankezhi has the effect of reducing repeating respiratory infection, and it is effective for childhood asthmatic bronchitis.
