巨噬细胞移动抑制因子和基质金属蛋白酶9与2型糖尿病合并冠心病的关系研究

摘    要:目的探讨血清巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)与2型糖尿病患者合并冠心病的关系。方法132例2型糖尿病患者分为合并冠心病组(92例,行冠状动脉造影),根据冠状动脉病变范围再分为单、双、三支病变组,分别为16、34、42例。2型糖尿病无冠心病组(40例),前者选取40例健康体验者作为正常对照组。血浆MIF、MMP-9浓度通过酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定。结果2型糖尿病合并冠心病组MIF、MMP-9水平高于2型糖尿病无冠心病组[(22±7)μg/L比(18±6)μg/L,(20±6)μg/L比(16±8)μg/L],且2组MIF、MMP-9水平均高于正常对照组[(5±3)、(6±4)μg/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);随冠状动脉病变范围的增加,MIF、MMP-9浓度逐渐升高,并且随Gensini积分的增高而增高。结论MIF、MMP-9增高与2型糖尿病合并冠心病发生、发展明显相关。

Abstract:Objective To study the relation between serum macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and matrix metallo proteinate-9 (MMP-9) level in type 2 diabetic patients (T~DM) with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Totally 92 patients with T2DM with CHD who underwent coronary angiography were divided into one-vessel, two- vessel, three- vessel group, meanwhile T2DM without CHD group (40 patients) and the control group (40 patients). The plasma MIF, MMP-9 concentration were measured by ELISA. Results MIF and MMP-9 concentration was significantly higher in T2DM with CHD group [ (22 ± 7 ) μg/L vs (20 ± 6) μg/L] than those in T2 DM without CHD group [ ( 18±6) vs ( 16± 8 ) μg/L l- MIF and MMP-9 concentrations were increased gradually with the increase of extent of coronary lesion and the Gensini score. Conclusions The high levels of serum MIF, MMP-9 play an important role in the development of CHD in T2 DM.
