心元胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床分析

心元胶囊由首乌、丹参、三七、黄芪、西洋参等中药组成。具有活血化瘀、益气养阴、补肾养心、宁心安神之功效。临床观察治疗冠心病心绞痛，总有效率92．5％，其中显效率占60％．与硝酸甘油缓释片比较无显著差异，止痛作用以心血瘀阻．气阴两虚型轻、中度心绞痛疗效最佳：对心悸等伴随症状显效率为77．8％．缓解率为94．4％；对心电图缺血型ST－T波改善，总有效率为67．5％．其中显效率为45％。
