| 摘 要： | 应用反相高效液相色谱法对中成药龙荟丸中有效成分栀子甙进行含量测定。采用超声波振荡法提取龙荟丸，过滤净化。色谱柱：AlltimaC_18（4．6×150mm）．流动相：水—乙腈（45：5）。流速：1ml／min。检测波长：240nm。外标峰面积法测定计算。样品加样回收率为97.0％，相对标准偏差RSD为0．54％。
