| 摘 要： | 采用80％的脑震宁冲剂稀糊状液给小鼠每日ig1次．连续4－6d．结果表明，脑震宁20g／（kg·d）ig4d使正常小鼠的自发活动次数减少37．9％（P＜0．05）；10～20g／（kg·d）ig5－6d，明显缩短戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠睡眠的诱导期．并显著延长其睡眠时间．镇痛实验表明，脑震宁20g／（kg·d）ig5d，使小鼠的痛阈（热板法）提高到给药前228．6％（P＜0.01)；对乙酸所致的扭体反应的抑制率为68．4％（P＜0.01）．

| Abstract: | Anshenbuxin Capsules (composed of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Fructus Schisandrae, Rhizoma Acori Graminei,Radix Rehmanniae,Cortex Albiziae,etc.) is a new Chinese patent medicine originated from Anshenbuxin Pills. It possesses the action tranquitizing the mind by nourishing the heart. The pharmacological experiment indicated that it could greatly decrease the automatic activity times of mice, raise sleep rate 0f hypnotic dose under pentobarbital sodium threshold,prolong the sleep time of hypnotic dose. decrease the genesis rate of heart ballism induced by chloroform,and has the antagonism to rat's arrhythmia induced by barium chloride. |
