含水量对三黄片颗粒可压性的影响

摘    要:测定了以60%乙醇制粒的含水量分别为:2.2%(A)、3.6%(B)、4.3%(C)、5.3%(D)、6.4%(E)的三黄片的干燥颗粒的下冲力、片剂硬度、残余模壁力、最大模壁力及弹性恢复率,并用下冲力与硬度、最大模壁力、残余棋壁力及弹性恢复率作图,比较了它们的可压性。结果表明,可压性B、C>A、D、E。

Abstract:The down punch pressure,tablet strength, residual die wall force, maximum die wall force and elastic recovery rate of 5 kinds of dry Sanhuang Tablet granules granulated with 60% EtOH containing water in 2. 2%(A), 3. 6% (B),4. 3% (C), 5. 3(D) and 6. 4% (E). respectively have been investigated. Also the compressibility of 5 kinds of Sanhuang Tablet granules were compared on the basis of graphing of the down punch pressure to the maximum die wall force,resiudal die wall force and elastic recovery rate. As a result,B and C among them showed larger compressibility.
