| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨p53蛋白、增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化技术(SP法)对72例NSCLC组织及10例正常支气管黏膜组织进行p53蛋白与PCNA的检测。结果:p53蛋白与PCNA在NSCLC组织中的表达明显高于正常组织,在NSCLC组织中的阳性表达率分别为58.3%(42/72),91.7%(66/72);PCNA强阳性表达率为58.3%(42/72);p53阳性表达率及PCNA强阳性表达率均与肺癌组织的分化程度、肿瘤组织大小、淋巴转移等因素密切相关,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);p53蛋白阳性表达与PCNA阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:p53蛋白及PCNA的表达与肺癌的发生发展过程并与分化程度及有否淋巴结转移有关。
