| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨膀胱白斑的临床特点，提高诊疗水平。方法：分析总结21例膀胱白斑的临床资料。结果：21例患者经病理证实为鳞状上皮角化。结论：对反复出现尿路刺激征，且药物治疗疗效较差者，应及时行膀胱镜检查，病灶活检为早期发现和诊断膀胱白斑的有效方法。治疗应首选病灶电切、电灼术。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the clinical characteristics of vesical leukoplakia. Methods： To summary and analyse Clinical data of 21 patients with vesical leukoplakia were analyzed. Result： The 21 patients with pathologically confirmed to be squamous cell keratinizing. Conclusions：To get early diagnosis, eystoscopy and biopsy in time are important for patients with recurrent urinal, irritation and poorly efficacy of drug treatment. Lesion resection, eleetrocautery should be the preferred technique. |
