| 摘 要： | 目的 了解胎儿脐带绕颈时对胎儿安危及窘迫和缺氧的影响程度。方法 采用日本Aloka-630型超声诊断仪，孕妇孕周为28-42周。结果 二维超声诊断胎儿脐带绕颈136例，经分娩证实129例。符合率94.85%。结论 二维超声诊断与分娩后证实比较，超声是诊断脐带绕颈的可靠方法之一。为分娩方式提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective This study is to determine the effect of fetal umbilical cord around neck on the degrees of fetal safety, intrauterine asphyxia and fetal hypoxia.Method The pregnant women whose gestational periods were from 28 to 42 weeks were examined by the two demensional ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus whose type was Aloka-630(made in Japan).Result 129(94.85%) out of 136 cases that had been diagnosed as fetal umbilical cord around neck by two demensional ultrasonic diagnosis were proved after delivery.Conclusion two demensional ultrasonic diagnosis is one of the reliable methods in diagnosing the fetal umbilical cord around neck in comparison with the fact that has been proved after delivery, and it can provide the basis for the delivery ways. |
